Digital print on PVC has become the choice of organizations that require ID cards for several reasons.

Low cost per unit. They are totally made in synthetic material (PVC); more durable than paper ones; PVC ID cards resist when immersed in water.
High durability and resistance. High photographic print quality. This is made by fusion and thermal transference of hi-resolution.
Unlimited possibility of design and colors. It is possible to design and see in the computer... Gray scale print in one or both sides and/or full color in one or both sides.
Difficult to falsify or duplicate. With the high technology that is used in its design and printing, the information merges on the plastic reason why it is impossible to modify it or alter it.
Integrated functions: Integrating possibility of several security and control methods (bar code, magnetic stripe, intelligent chip, RF cards).

Our ID Card generating service includes:

Digital photography.
Professional photography equipment (up to 5 megapixels for 10x impression on paper if the client also requires it).
Data management:
Integrate all the interesting data of the company, workers and clients. Include company/signature and/or you finger print.
We recommend to include health data (blood type, allergies and sufferings, insurance type and number, etc). Avoid include "kidnapping" data: home address, telephone, relative names, etc.
ID design .
We use to agree a design with the corporative image, interests and company goals.
Security methods Implementation:
- Overlay apply (with or without hologram)
- Bar code printed on the PVC
- Hi or Lo coercivity magnetic stripe
- Smart chip integration
- Radio frequency antenna (RF cards).
Card printing:
Edge to edge printing on CR-80 (2.125” x 3.375”). From 0.010" to 0.060" thickness. White or color PVC base.
Immediate replacement:
It's not necessary to take photo again, we keep all the information in order to print a new card.
