Duplication and replication. CDs, DVDs, miniCD, CD-card

According to the number of copies that are required is the method selected: duplication burned commercial blank CDs used for low volumes (750 for CDs or 1,000 for DVDs) and replication process for high volumes; in this process the aluminum and resins are injected into a master-glass.

Duplication:
Laser monochromatic impression or full color adhesive label impression or direct serigraphy over the plate.

Replication
Monochromatic or full color directly over the plate.

Offset or serigraphy printing for covers, backcovers and booklets (for cases).

Slips and vinyl cases (inked or transparent).
Paper and cardboard envelopes.
